Mr. Fenyk has increasingly devoted more time to the practice of employment law.  As this practice area continually changes and grows, he offers a full range of employment law services.  He has assisted his clients in providing day-to-day general advice, addressing personnel issues including but not limited to claims of discrimination, preparation of employee handbooks, and addressing and defending against other violations of State and Federal laws related to Employment.
